Trimming Fixtures
We design and produce trimming fixtures that utilize a variety of holding features:  Vacuum cups, vacuum channels, toggle clamps, or fabricated holding designs for trimming molded parts.  We often produce fixtures using a customer’s already produced part, or we can produce the fixture using your Cad Data.

Production Fixtures
The fixtures we design and build for production uses can be built from a variety of materials:  Billet Aluminum, extruded aluminum with T-slots, cast or machined urethanes and epoxies, fiberglass, and steel.

Part Locating Fixtures

Checking and Inspection Fixtures

Simple fixtures can consist of holding a part in position and using a go-no-go gages and lines to designate the tolerance band.  More elaborate fixtures can replicate surrounding parts as well as sight glasses, checking pins that also hold the part in place, tooling balls and engraved data, and a supplied inspection report.

Custom Fixtures for Unique Applications

Some fixtures don’t really fit into a category.  Customers will often come to us with unique requirements, and after some discussion and definition of the customer's desired outcome, we’ll submit proposals designed to accomplish their goals on time and on budget..
